Sensor Integrated Bearing
Description: Completed the project "Concept design for sensor integrated bearing in electric vehicles". The project included the study of the current market (i.e. NSK, NTN, SKF, Timken, FAG etc.) and making the concept of a sensor bearing for NBC's 6208 DGBB (Deep Groove Ball Bearing), which is used in electric motors.

e-Tricycle
Description: The project was focussed on the in-house development of a lithium-ion battery-powered smart e-tricycle without incurring much/any cost. So, we formed a CFT (Cross-Functional Team) within the Research and Development department of the company and divided tasks among the team members. The e-tricycle was primarily (the chassis) built from the scrap scavenged from the scrapyard. Later on I added the recently developed Sensor Bearing in its front wheel and fetched its data via a mobile app through a Wi-Fi enabled controller attached to the e-Tricycle.

Bag Valve Ventilator for COVID-19
Description: I was a part of the ventilator development team in my company (NBC Bearings) to fight against COVID-19. I am handling all the electronics as well as programming aspects of the same whereas the rest of the team is handling its mechanical aspects. We have made a few working prototypes and have tested them in a couple of hospitals in Jaipur, and have been getting constant guidance from the pulmonologists and other doctors.

Machine Health Vigilance (MHV) via The Black Box (TBB)
Description: The device provided real-time condition monitoring of the mechanical component and calculated its residual life along with updating the data on the server. It used both Raspberry Pi 3 and Arduino UNO as controllers. Technologies used: IoT and Condition Monitoring.

Visibility Assistance System (VAS)
Description: Worked on an ADAS device that will prevent the accidents caused due to impaired visibility conditions faced by the car drivers. The device gives suggestions to the driver based on the current visibility conditions present outside the car and tells the driver to be bound to a particular prescribed speed for safety.

Speed Limit Violation (SLV) e-Challan
Description: Built a vehicle speed warning device along with automatic e-challan generation enabling e-governance. It used IoT and Raspberry Pi 3 along with SMTP protocol.

COSMOS
Description: Project COSMOS is an informative project which was made by myself. It is a JAVA+MySQL based project(application). The project imparts some interesting facts and basic knowledge about COSMOLOGY and ASTRONOMY.

Green Energy from Bicycle
Description: Made this project in 11th standard which consisted of a cycle connected to a water pump, a bunch of dynamos and a power point with a rechargeable 9V battery. The main motive was to exhibit the possible tasks that can be accomplished by merely peddling the bicycle.

MINOR PROJECTS (7)
LED Propeller
Description: Made a propeller from the PCB (Printed Circuit Board), on which 10 LED’s were soldered along with the ATmega8 microprocessor. The whole PCB was mounted on a high RPM motor. The PCB was delay programmed using Embedded C programming language. The primary aim was to display characters and figures in the rotating PCB.

Robotic Arm
Description: I along with my mates built a robotic arm, using Arduino UNO as the processing unit. The robotic arm used the least number of motors required and the grabber placed was electromagnetic (instead of motor controlled), to pick up metal objects. The project used primarily 2 Micro-Servo motors (for the hinges of the arm) and 1 stepper motor (for 360-degree rotation of the arm). The link to the working video is given with this document.

Self-Balancing Bot
Description: It used a gyroscopic sensor to sense the x, y and z coordinates. Further on these coordinates guide the Microcontroller to move forward and backwards to balance the 2 wheeled bot.

Touch Enabled Sensor and Switch
Description: It was just an amplifier circuit made with the help of 2 npn transistors. The bulb glows when HIGH digital signal is sent by merely touching the 2 parallel laid conducting wires. It can work as a switch when used to glow a bulb or any appliance, and as a sensor when the HIGH signal is to be sent to any microcontroller.

Automatic Curtain Control with Gestures
Description: Automatic Curtain Control system used 2 IR sensors to sense the gesture and the commands were written in Arduino UNO board which controlled the 2motors (one at each end of the curtain) connected via an elastic belt.

Smart Garbage Bin
Description: The project was based on making a smart hands free garbage bin system which automatically opens when someone is standing in front of it and blinks an LED when the bin is already full, and hence does not opens. Used Arduino UNO as a controller.

LED Cube
Description: Made a 4X4X4 LED Cube using Embedded Systems technology and used ATmega16 microcontroller to program the same. The LED Cube generated various marvellous patterns and displayed characters on itself. The LED Cube finds its applications in various mathematical expressions as well i.e. to display 3 dimensional figures, graphs and planes.
